
Sometimes when I am worried or stressed out about something, I go to the beach to balance stones.
It takes patience, concentration and a steady hand to balance the stones on each other. The focus it takes to balance the stones is a great distraction. The more stressed out I am, the more intricately I’ll attempt to balance and stack the stones. Today I did this on my lunch break. It’s amazing how much better I feel after spending 15 minutes stacking stones by the water. If you are looking for a new way to unwind, try it!
